EMOTIONS: Emotions are our first line of defense against any threat.
So how do you understand and deal with Emotions?
When you feel SAD or DOWN = are you scanning for LOSS or SELF BLAME?
When you feel ANXIETY = are you thinking about any FUTURE THREATS, WHAT’S COMING, or thinking about WHAT IF ’ S in life?
When you feel ANGER inside you = Do you feel like SOMETHING or SOMEONE has violated your rights?
When you feel FRUSTRATED = Then maybe you can ask yourself: am I lacking RESOURCES?
When you have GUILT= Do you feel SOMEONE’S RIGHTS were violated or maybe they DESERVE BETTER?
YOUR emotions are the results of the thoughts YOU have about YOUR situation. YOU create YOUR thoughts and feelings follow.
FACT: YOU make YOU angry, not people or situations.
The attitude you bring to your life, yourself and your spiritual path, will be reflected in what life returns to you. Remember B.I.G. to help you find the love and inner strength. B.I.G = BLESSING + INTENTION + GRATITUDE.
