Are you nurturing yourself enough?
Since January of this year I have been constantly doing something or the other from traveling to de cluttering to taking care of business, home and family. I felt something was missing, my inner child was getting restless and I realize that I was not nurturing myself enough…does this happen to you? If it does that here are few tips that you can do to nurture even more.
The most important ingredient to being your best self and living your best life… is you. What an obvious statement, but too often we forget to take care of ourselves or we run out of time and energy. The funny thing is, the only way to give yourself more energy is to nurture yourself: mind, body and soul.
Unearth yourself from your calendar, to-do lists and everyday demands: what’s missing? Listen to yourself and take action on it:
Do you need to be refreshed, then rest;
Do you need energy, then move;
Do you seek solace or silence, then take a break outside.
Most often times it’s our routine that prevents us from having time for self-care. Work it into your daily grind. Let yourself seek balance to feel happy, healthy and find your own personal peace.
